The Castelo de S. Jorge Education Department offers various programs with activities meant to encourage understanding of various aspects of spatial-temporal continuity of Castelo de S. Jorge heritage. These offer thematic interpretations of its history, spaces, characters and knowledge about events gathered over time, providing a taste for historical knowledge and appreciation of cultural heritage, as a factor in human development.
We’ve developed some special activities for these important dates based on heritage and historically-based themes relating, especially pertaining to the Castelo de S. Jorge.
